The resin reaction kettle is the key equipment for producing unsaturated polyester resin, phenolic resin, epoxy resin, ABS resin, and paint. The complete equipment set is composed of a reaction pot, vertical fractionation column, horizontal condenser, water storage device, oil spill tank, and necessary pipelines.

Prepare material → Add P1,P2 → Collect samples → Test water quantity → Add change character MP1 → Draw vacuum → Increase temperature (70°C to 92°C) → Test NCO → Reduce temperature → Discharge & Packing.

Technical Structure & Process

1. Mixed Grinding: Preparation of raw materials, chain extender, and additives into the dispersion cylinder for high-speed stirring and grinding to fineness less than 15μm.

2. Pumping & Stirring: Vacuum-assisted material transfer to reactor kettle. Automatic control of temperature (105ºC-110ºC) and vacuum stirring for 120 minutes.

3. Cooling & Catalyst: Circulating cold oil through the jacket to reduce temperature below 70ºC, followed by catalyst addition and room temperature cooling.

4. Detection & Feeding: Viscosity, total hydroxyl value, and NCO detection. After qualification, the material is discharged under nitrogen sealing to prevent pollution.

Reactor Structural Overview

The reaction pot is composed of the pot body, cover, stirrer, heating jacket, driving device, and shaft sealing device. It features high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and strong production capacity.
